Enjoy making & drinking your Herbalife shakes!  Shakes made in an electric bender are ALWAYS the nicest!

Healthy Shakes / Beverages

There are so many ways to enjoy HEALTHY Herbalife Shakes. I like to add fresh fruits to my shakes and occasionally I add yogurt to thicken up my shakes. Remember that shakes can also be SAVOURY by adding vegetable juice to a blender or adding a tablespoon of smooth cottage cheese and spices. You can also use tomato juice , Tabasco, and pepper, adding 2 tablespoons of VANILLA shake.



Healthy Hot Chocolate
250 ml Water/Soya Milk or combination of the above
2T Chocolate Shake Mix
Splash of vanilla essence to taste.
Orange Julius-Style Shake
Very cold Water/Orange Juice
2T  Vanilla Shake Mix
1 orange/naartjie
2-3 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to blender and mix on high until ice is crushed and shake is rich and creamy.

Apple Pie Shake
2T Vanilla Shake
1 small apple, seeded or 1/4 cup applesauce
1 cup soya milk
1/2t  Cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Orange Dreamsicle Delight
2T Vanilla Shake
Orange or Mango juice 
Fresh paw paw
4 to 6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon plain yougurt

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Strawberry Sensation
2T Berry Shake
Cold water / Soy milk
1 cup fresh, ripe strawberries or cup of frozen mixed berries.
4 to 6 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Pina Colada Shake
2T  Vanilla flavor Shake
1/2 cup soya milk
1/2 cup pineapple juice
Dash of coconut milk
4 to 6 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Soda Fountain Shake
2T Vanilla flavor Shake
1 cup soya milk
1T flavored diet soda syrup

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Perfect Pear Shake
2T Vanilla flavor Shake
1 small ripe pear
1 cup soya milk or pear juice
2 drops almond extract
dash of cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Fruit Drink
Using Cold water- add a fruit salad mixture to a blender and enjoy a HEALTHY FRULATA shake with either Vanilla, tropical fruit or Strawberry Shake.
Iced cappuccino
2T Vanilla flavor Shake
1 cup soya milk
1 teaspoon instant coffee
3 to 4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder.

Creamy Chocochino Shake
Very cold water/Soy milk
2T Chocolate flavor Shake
2 to 3 ice cubes
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee
vanilla essence to taste.

Blend on high until rich and creamy.
