There
are so many ways to enjoy HEALTHY Herbalife Shakes. I like to add fresh fruits
to my shakes and occasionally I add yogurt to thicken up my shakes. Remember that shakes can also be SAVOURY by
adding vegetable juice to a blender or adding a tablespoon of smooth cottage
cheese and spices. You can also use tomato juice , Tabasco, and pepper,
adding 2 tablespoons of VANILLA shake.

of vanilla essence to taste.

Add all ingredients to blender and mix on high until ice
is crushed and shake is rich and creamy.
