Carin has made Herbalife part of her daily diet for 18 years as I have for 14 years and we have never felt better!!



Here are our top tips to feeling YOUR best:



·       Have your shake for breakfast daily with soya or rice milk.

Stay away from dairy as it is not good for ageing and it causes other health issues.

·       Drink 2 litres of water per day

·       Take all your HERBALIFE supplements incl.

Multivitamin; joint support; rose-ox and Herbalifeline

·       Exercise a minimum of 3 times a week

·       Don’t miss your 10am & 3pm snack, remember to combine a carb and a protein

Great snacks we have are 10 Almonds & an apple, boiled egg & tomato

·       Never eat carbs at night - especially if you are not working out.

Great carbs are sweet potato, brown rice and quinoa AT LUNCH

·       Avoid coffee and replace it with Thermojetics beverage or herbal tea

·       Have one cheat day a week possibly on a Sunday afternoon where you spoil yourself with something sweet.

·       A glass of red wine 3 times week will do you no harm!
