They add flavor, color, and crunch to many low-calorie dishes. Jalapeno, cayenne , Habaneros and Red Peppers will all jump start your metabolism so that your body will burn fat faster so you lose weight faster, sometimes as much as 25% faster. Both hot and sweet peppers contain substances that have been shown to increase the body's heat production and oxygen consumption for about 20 minutes after eating. This is great news; it means your body is burning extra calories, which helps weight loss.
"Avocados."
Many individuals are at first stunned when learning that one of the best foods for weight loss is avocado. Avocados are the perfect fat burning food because they are high in fiber (11 to 17 grams for each Avocado) and that helps you feel full longer. They also contain monounsaturated fats and there are recent studies that show that mono-unsaturated fats target and reduce belly fat. Additionally, mono-saturated fats trigger the release of the hormones in your body that are responsible for burning fat. Add avocado to your salads, but remember to consume in moderation. Since fat has twice the energy of protein or carbs, the trick with avocado, as with all good fats is to eat smaller portions of them. Limit your avocado consumption to 1/4 to 1/2 avocado at a time.
"Brussel Sprouts."
Brussels Sprouts have been shown to provide the benefit of accelerating the function of your pancreas which results in the release of hormones that have a cleaning effect on your cells. Brussels sprouts are considered by many to be a super food. Brussels sprouts are very low in calories and their detoxification benefits will assist you in losing weight. Brussels Sprouts have been associated with the prevention of many cancers including bladder cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, and ovarian cancer. Steamed Brussels sprouts are a great addition to a healthy fat burning eating plan.
"Carrots."
Did you know that you can burn fats just by crunching on a few carrot sticks? Carrots have a wide range of nutritional and health benefits that not only keep your system healthy and well-functioning but also help stave off additional fats and keep your body slim. Carrots also have very few calories so when they are being digested by the body, a lot more calories are used to break down the carrots as compared to the calories that are in the carrots. Carrots contain carotene which turn into Vitamin A and vitamin A helps initiate the fat burning response in your body. They are also very high in fiber are very low in fat and calories. They also help eliminate waste quickly and help to reduce cravings for sweets.
"Beets(Beetroot)."
The beet is a root vegetable similar to its turnip cousin. Beets are a good addition to your weight-loss program because they contain no fat. A powerhouse of vitamins and minerals, beets help maintain a healthy energized body beneficial to your diet. Beets may assist your weight-loss by lowering cholesterol due to their high fiber content Beets are also a powerful diuretic that have the ability to rid your body of hanging body fats while also purifying blood corpuscles that can control fat sediments. Because of these diuretic properties beets can help you flush out floating body fats. They also contain a special iron that helps to cleanses corpuscles, corpuscles are blood cells that contain fat deposits. Additionally beets contain chlorine that helps stimulate your lymph glands to further eliminate fatty deposits.
"Cabbage."
When it comes to weight loss, there might be something special about cabbage besides its low calorie count. Cabbage, a cruciferous vegetable, contains a compound called glucosinolate, which may protect the body from several different cancers, according to the Pennington Biomedical Research Center. It is possible that glucosinolate promotes weight loss, along with greater endurance when exercising. Glucosinolate spurs the body to use additional fat for fuel, which keeps energy levels steady and extra weight off of your hips. Other cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower also provide Glucosinolate. So Can cabbage help weight loss? The simple answer is yes, There is no doubt about it. Cabbage in all its varieties is a vegetable that requires more calories to digest than is contained within the food. The sulfur and iodine content of cabbage can assist in melting down fat in your stomach and waistline areas. .

"Broccoli."

University researchers have found that the quantity and quality of antioxidants in chocolate is high when compared to other foods that also contain ant-oxidants. Cocoa powder actually ranks the highest of all of the chocolate products.....cocoa, dark chocolate and milk chocolate are the next highest. Make sure you consume in moderation because chocolate is also high in fat.

"Garlic and Spices"

Garlic can help prevent hypertension, improve lung function and is a great way to boost your immunity. Include a clove or two in your diet every day. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and may reduce cancer risk and slow the progression of Alzheimer’s. My back ground is a Pilates Instructor. By October 2011 I was very frustrated. At that time I was spending 60 minutes per day on the cardio equipment at the gym 4 times per week. I was exhausted after each session and had to drag myself forth with the little energy I had left.

What frustrated me most was the fact that the kilograms increased week by week and even more clothes in my cupboard didn't fit any more in spite of my heavy exercise program. A friend suggested that I start with the Herbalife Nutritional program. My daily eating plan and exercise program were also adjusted.

I started to replace breakfast and lunch with a Herbalife Nutritional shake and was amazed that I did not feel hungry at all. It also stabilized my energy levels throughout the day. I had energy and felt motivated again to exercise and it didn't feel as though I had been drained after each session.

After 10 weeks I had lost 6kg and my fat percentage lowered with 5%. I could see the kilograms and cm's decrease week after week. I have now lost a total of 10Kg.

The Herbalife Weight Control Programme is a scientifically formulated, herbal-based, kilojoule-reduced nutrition programme. 2. Do you lose weight because you skip meals?

3. Is the Herbalife Programme a “liquid protein” or starvation diet?

4. How does the Herbalife Programme work?
Herbalife’s recommended programme and meal plan supplies all the balanced nutrition the body needs on a daily basis. Individuals, who choose to, can lose excess weight by reducing excess kilojoules without sacrificing important nutrients like protein and iron. 5. Is the Herbalife Programme “natural”?
